making a payment e.g failed payment, unsupported card, using foreign cards or any other payment

For Merchants: If you're a new merchant, interested in joining us, please fill

form or email us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with more information on our
onboarding process. For other issues e.g regarding payments, reimbursement queries and other
admin issues, please email us on the email provided and please include your Merchant ID and
business name.
